Technology Integration Engineer [CCP for ICT Professionals]

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technology integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Product, Operations) and external partners to design and implement integration solutions
• Evaluate and recommend third-party platforms, APIs, and tools to enhance digital capabilities
• Oversee API development, microservices architecture, and middleware solutions to enable seamless system connectivity
• Ensure high system performance, reliability, and scalability across integrated platforms
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration standards, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and frameworks
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess opportunities to enhance the digital ecosystem
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members
