Head of Finance – Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)

We are currently working with a renowned REIT, who are looking for a Head of Finance to lead their finance function, with additional oversight of corporate secretariat and compliance matters. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong technical finance grounding in the real estate / REIT sector, who is also comfortable extending into governance and compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team across financial reporting, FP&A, and treasury/finance operations spanning the region
• Oversee statutory and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Partner with C-suite stakeholders on capital management, financial strategy, and investor/stakeholder reporting
• Ensure compliance with SGX listing requirements, REIT regulatory framework, and relevant accounting standards (SFRS/IFRS)
• Oversee corporate secretarial and compliance function, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance, with a professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred
• Strong background in real estate finance, ideally with regional exposure
• Required to hold, or be willing to obtain, a CMS Licence
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience
