Job Summary

This role supports investment underwriting, asset management, and portfolio management across Pan Asian real estate products and funds, contributing to strategic investment decisions and fund performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist in underwriting and conducting due diligence for new real estate investments to support informed decision-making
• Prepare Investment Committee memorandums and presentations to communicate analysis and recommendations to senior management
• Monitor investment performance through regular interaction with local asset managers across the region to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Develop and maintain financial models to formulate asset management plans, including strategic positioning and property enhancements
• Participate in portfolio management by monitoring fund-level performance and preparing quarterly and annual management report packages
• Collaborate with internal departments to address investor queries related to fund performance and operations
• Apply strong data management and Excel cash flow modelling skills to support accurate financial analysis and reporting
• Work autonomously on self-driven projects while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate and/or investment industries on the buy or sell side
• Demonstrated passion for real estate and commitment to building a career in the industry
• Ability to identify and clearly articulate key real estate and financial drivers through detailed analysis
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to maintain a strategic overview
• Numeracy skills supported by a strong academic record
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is advantageous for regional communication
