Job Summary
The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and guide them to their seats.
• Present menus and explain food or beverage items when needed.
• Take customer orders accurately and submit them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals.
• Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next customers.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, or feedback politely.
• Assist with cashiering or billing when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Follow company service procedures, food safety rules, and workplace policies.
• Support team members during busy periods.
