Service Engineer (Up to $5000 / Kaki Bukit)

Job Title: Service Engineer (JT-1037)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat, 9am to 1pm
Basic Salary: $3000-$5000

Job Description:
•Perform servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for CRAC/WDS systems.
•Respond to emergency service calls and carry out equipment power-up/down procedures.
•Provide onsite technical support, customer training, and maintain strong client relationships.
•Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
•Coordinate contractors, manage daily site activities, and implement corrective actions.
•Ensure compliance with data center safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
•Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
