About this job
Job Description
- Provide technical support to the sales and purchasing teams for power transmission products including couplings, belts, chains, pulleys and sprockets.
- Support the sales team in identifying business opportunities and recommending suitable product solutions based on customer applications.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and overseas principals on technical enquiries,product selection and engineering solutions.
- Conduct product selection, sizing and application recommendations based on customer operating conditions.
- Arrange customer site visits for product application support, troubleshooting and failure analysis when required.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma in mechanical engineering or related discipline
- Good communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Naturally Pro-active
- Passion in learning
- Focus and with attention to details
