Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new customer (In Property Management Integrated Building Maintenance Line) – Cleaning Services (main), Pest Control, Landscape services etc.
• Make cold calls and actively source new sales opportunities through field prospecting and external outreach.
• Manage and develop new accounts, ensuring growth and retention.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide sales quotations.
• Sales follow up to achieve sales target.
• Ensure customer satisfaction & good client relationships.
• Prepare necessary paperwork including proposals, quotations and agreements.
  

Requirement:

• Minimum O Level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Training provided
