Job Summary

Provide Level 2 production support for business applications, ensuring operational stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, automation scripting, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for business applications and batch jobs to ensure continuous operation
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot incidents to meet SLA compliance
• Maintain and support Java/J2EE applications running on Linux/Unix platforms
• Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency
• Execute SQL queries and analyze system logs to diagnose and resolve issues promptly
• Support application deployments, job scheduling, and system monitoring activities
• Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues effectively

• Basic knowledge of Java/J2EE applications
• Familiarity with web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, and SQL
• Experience with job scheduling, MQ setup, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement
