OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR (WORKSHOP)

Job Description:

- Scheduling of repair work for workshop

- Preparing quotations, invoice, DOs and purchase orders

- Reporting, recording, and liaising with mechanics on details for work done.

- Conveying progress of work done to customers.

- Checking and comparing spare parts.

- Taking photos of old and new parts for records

- Picking parts for the workshop, if necessary.

- Coordinating repairs for vehicle breakdowns, including after-office hours.

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the workshop manager.

Requirements:

- Able to liaise with mandarin speaking customers (Required)

- Computer literate

- Able to work independently, Self-driven and willing to learn

- 6 days work week (Mon to Sat; 9am to 6pm).

- Within 5 minutes walking distance from Gul Circle MRT Station.
