Job Summary

You will support procurement and communication tasks by effectively using Taobao, communicating in Mandarin and English, and working flexible hours including weekends and weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Use Taobao platform to source and manage product orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly in both Mandarin Chinese and English to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
• Write and speak effectively to ensure smooth information flow and resolve queries promptly
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to foster good working relationships
• Work scheduled shifts including weekends and two weekdays to meet operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to use the Chinese version of Taobao for product sourcing and order management
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English to support communication needs
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships
