What You’ll Do

• Create engaging job ads and manage postings across various platforms.
• Screen, shortlist, and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Prepare contracts and handle all required documentation.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Keep an organized, up-to-date candidate database.

What We’re Looking For

• A Diploma or degree in any discipline
• A positive attitude, strong initiative, and self-driven
