What you'll be doing:

• Support the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Oversee food preparation and presentation according to the company's latest SOP

• Train and guide junior kitchen staff

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients

• Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in the kitchen

• Maintaining grooming standards as per company guidelines

• Carry out any other culinary duties as assigned by superiors
