Sales Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and organised Cloud & AI Sales Assistant to provide daily administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

The successful candidate will assist with customer communication, sales documentation, internal coordination, meeting arrangements and follow-up matters. This role is based in Singapore and does not require overseas business travel.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily sales administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, sales reports and other sales-related documents.

• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders and related sales matters.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including technical, finance and operations teams, to support customer requirements.

• Arrange meetings, appointments and other business-related activities for the sales team.

• Assist with customer communication and basic follow-up matters.

• Support English-Mandarin communication when required.

• Maintain and update customer information, sales records and related documentation.

• Assist in preparing meeting notes and follow-up action items.

• Use office software and AI tools to improve work efficiency, prepare documents and support daily sales operations.

• Perform other administrative and sales support duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.

• No work pass sponsorship is available for this position.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, business coordination, administrative support or related roles are welcome.

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires communication with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking colleagues, customers and business partners.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

• Able to follow up on assigned tasks independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to use AI tools to support document preparation, research and daily work.

• Interest in cloud computing, AI or technology solutions will be an advantage.

• Prior experience in sales support, administration, customer service or technology-related roles will be an advantage.
