Public Relation Officer

Roles &Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

· Plan and coordinate PR and community engagement activities for the project

· Liaise and work together with the project teams to understand work activities, schedules, and potential impacts on the public

· Take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the project activities

· Establish contacts and engage with residents, property owners and occupiers of the buildings within and around the vicinity who will be impacted by the project

· Act as the first point of contact for public enquiries, complaints, and feedback pertaining to the project, and work closely with the relevant parties for timely follow-up and resolution

· Conduct regular stakeholder engagement and surveys to gather feedback and identify potential issues, together with possible mitigation measures

· Prepare and distribute project notices, posters, surveys, and other communication materials to affected parties at respective premises

· Maintain good stakeholder relationships and support a positive public image of the project
