Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Technical executive in the maintenance of integrated facilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and availability of building and facility systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support for fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and equipment rectification.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve system reliability.
- Ensure building services and facilities, including electrical, fire protection, HVAC, lifts, escalators, and infrastructure systems, are maintained in optimal operating condition.
- Manage maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Lead safety initiatives by conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure maintenance and upgrading works are completed to the required standards.
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and operational performance.
- Participate in incident response and provide engineering support during service disruptions or emergency situations when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Property, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building services, infrastructure maintenance, or integrated facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, fire protection, HVAC, lifts, escalators, and other M&E equipment.
- Prior experience leading or supervising engineering or maintenance teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maintenance planning skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and support emergency or incident response when required.
