Assistant Relationship Manager (Structured Trade Finance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist relationship manager in managing the bank’s corporate client portfolio, e.g. conducting financial spreading and analysis, managing clients’ queries and problem resolution in timely manner, liaising with internal cross-function department locally and overseas
• Perform KYC check with full diligence and adhere to compliance procedures and reporting in accordance with the bank’s framework
• Conduct commodity industry research project, so as to identify industry trend and set up risk framework
• Assist in the Bank’s trade digitalization project
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department other Bank from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Recognized bachelor degree and above , preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in managing Corporate Banking Relationships
• Prior experience in syndication/trade finance/commodity industry is preferred
• Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and employees
• Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
• Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
