Assistant Relationship Manager (Cash Management)

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist cash management relationship manager in managing the bank’s corporate client portfolio, e.g. conducting financial spreading and analysis, managing clients’ queries and problem resolution in timely manner, liaising with internal cross-function department locally and overseas
• To perform KYC check with full diligence and adhere to compliance procedures and reporting in accordance with the bank’s framework
• To conduct cash management case studies research project, so as to identify industry trend and current update to cross border settlement solution
• To assist in customer transactional queries
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time

Job Requirements

• Education Recognized bachelor degree and above , preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in managing Corporate Banking Relationships.
• Prior experience with cash management products preferred
• Possess strong cash management product knowledge
• Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
• Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
