Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day stall operations in the wet market
- Lead and guide sales staff and butchers on duties and performance
- Ensure fresh meat is properly displayed, handled, and stored according to hygiene standards
- Serve customers, provide product recommendations, and handle special cutting requests
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and minimize waste
- Set and track daily sales targets and performance
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and basic record-keeping
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate opening and closing of the stall
