Engineering Assistant

Support engineering teams in monitoring production performance, quality systems (SPC), and overall operational efficiency.

Assist in project tracking, AMR deployment, workflow documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide support in training coordination, knowledge transfer, and process compliance within operations.

Help troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist with system administration and audit preparation.

Gain exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies while contributing to quality, productivity, and manufacturing excellence.

Requirements:

Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills in English

Experience in manufacturing / semiconductor field is an advantage

On-the-job training will be provided. Fresh Graduates welcome

Working Hours & Benefits:

🕘 Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (Office Hours)

📍 Location: AMK

💰 Gross Salary S$2300

🎁 Sign-on Bonus S$15000 (1 year comittment)

🎁 AWS 1 mth, VB (0.5-2 mths) depends on performance
