BIM Manager

Lead and manage overall BIM implementation and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, workflows and protocols.

Manage and coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

Oversee clash detection, coordination and resolution of technical issues.

Lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.

Monitor BIM deliverables, submissions, timelines and overall model quality.

Conduct BIM model QA/QC and ensure compliance with project and authority requirements.

Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators and Modellers.

Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors on BIM-related matters.

Drive BIM adoption, improve workflows and ensure effective use of BIM throughout the project.
