SweatINC Badminton is looking for experienced and/or certified Badminton Instructors to join our coaching team.

As a Badminton Instructor, you will assess players, guide their development, conduct structured training sessions, and monitor their progress over time.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct group and/or individual badminton training sessions
Coach players of different ages and skill levels
Assess players’ abilities and provide appropriate guidance and feedback
Plan and conduct structured training programmes based on players’ needs
Teach badminton fundamentals including footwork, stroke techniques, movement, tactics, and match play
Monitor players’ progress and adjust training accordingly
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging training environment
Build good relationships with students, parents, and programme partners
Assist with other coaching or programme-related duties when required
Requirements
Experienced and/or certified Badminton Coach
Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, fundamentals, and match play
Comfortable coaching both groups and individuals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, responsible, energetic, and passionate about teaching
Prior experience coaching children and youths is an advantage
Must be available on weekdays from 3:00 PM onwards or Weekends
Regular weekday afternoon availability is required as most classes are conducted after school hours
