Job Summary

The Kitchen Assistant is essential in helping the kitchen staff by preparing ingredients, keeping the workspace clean, and supporting daily kitchen operations. This role includes assisting chefs with basic food prep, managing kitchen supplies, and following all health and safety guidelines. Job Description:

• Support basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure that all areas within the outlets remain clean and hygienic.
• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain efficiency and effectiveness while working under pressure.
• Assist customers with the POS system as needed.
• Responsible for waste management and dishwashing support when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Formal education is not necessary; on-the-job training will be offered.
• Previous experience in food handling or kitchen operations is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work effectively and quickly in a confined, high-paced setting.
• A basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices is required.
• Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
