Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,800 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers and business opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable electronic components based on product applications and specifications.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate product specifications, pricing and delivery requirements with customers and suppliers.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through quotation, order confirmation and delivery.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and provide timely follow-up on customer issues.
- Coordinate with purchasing, suppliers and internal teams to support order fulfilment.
- Conduct customer visits and support business development activities when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in electronics, industrial products or a related B2B industry.
- Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and business partners.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage the sales process from initial enquiry to order fulfilment.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate product specifications or technical requirements effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Experience in B2B sales, technical sales or industrial/electronic components will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally/overseas for customer meetings and business development activities when required.
