Farm Supervisor

GreenphytoPte Ltd is at the forefront of sustainable urban farming. We are looking for a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to lead our cultivation efforts. At Greenphyto,we don't just grow plants; we engineer environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and coordinate daily/weekly/monthly operations of the farm

- Managing the workforce, synchronise the team work to achieve target

- Drive productivity and manpower planning effectively

- Close follow up of structured process and procedures

- Planning ahead to detect challenges and to propose solutions

- Status update on timely manner

- Records data and conduct analysis so as to implement corrective action

- Assist Senior Farm Manager to drive lean management

- Mapping process to reduce waste and to enhance demand/fulfilment process

- Participate in continuous improvement projects

Who You Are

• A hands-on, ground-level leader who thrives in a fast-paced farm operations environment

• A strong communicator who can rally and align a diverse workforce around shared targets

•Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a genuine passion for continuous improvement

• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting

• Good written and spoken communication skills; able to work effectively with a diverse workforce

•Genuinely passionate about sustainable agriculture, technology, and Singapore's food resilience

Qualifications

•Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture or Operations

•Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in farm operations, production, or a supervisory role within agriculture or manufacturing
