Technical Specialist

Job Responsibility :

1. Troubleshoot power supplies failure to identify root cause and provide repair.

2. Perform test, diagnose problems, do repair for defective units.

3. Provide post and pre-sale support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.
   

Job Requirements :

1. Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as this role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers

2. Minimum Diploma in Electronics or a related field

3. Preferably with experience in power supply repair

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

5. Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
