About this job

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive TCM Clinical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the right hand to our CMO (Chief Medical Officer), ensuring the daily clinical operations run like clockwork. Your primary focus will be managing patient flow, maintaining a pristine treatment environment, assisting with medical documentation, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety during treatments.

If you are a compassionate individual with a strong sense of responsibility and an interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment Room & Bed Preparation: Swiftly prepare, sanitize, and reset treatment beds between sessions, ensuring all necessary equipment and linens are ready for the patient’s next procedure with the CMO.

  • Acupuncture Post-Care Support: Executing strict double-checks post acupuncture to ensure 100% of needles are safely removed and accounted for before the patient leaves the bed.

  • Clinical Documentation Assistance: Assist the CMO with real-time tracking and accurate documentation of patient visit records (病历书写), ensuring medical histories and treatment logs are updated promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in a TCM clinic, medical environment, or healthcare setting is highly preferred, but passionate individuals willing to learn are welcome.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as you will need to accurately assist with Chinese medical record writing (病历书写).

  • Attributes: * Exceptional attention to detail (critical for needle removal and record keeping).

  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Warm, empathetic, and professional patient-facing demeanor.

  • Safety Conscious: A strict adherent to hygiene, sanitation, and clinical safety protocols.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive on-the-job training in TCM clinical practices.

  • A supportive, collaborative, and warm team environment.
