Lead/ Principal DevOps

We are seeking an experienced Lead / Principal DevOps Engineer to drive the design, evolution, and operation of our engineering platforms and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a technically strong leader with deep expertise in DevOps practices, cloud architecture, automation, and reliability engineering.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & CI/CD

• Architect and enhance scalable CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend applications.
• Establish DevOps best practices, automation standards, and developer enablement solutions.
• Improve software delivery velocity through automation, release optimization, and self-service platforms.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Design and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Lead Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and orchestration practices using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Reliability & Security

• Drive SRE practices including monitoring, observability, incident response, and system reliability improvements.
• Implement DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines and production environments.
• Improve system resilience through automation, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
• Partner with developers, QA, security, and product teams to improve engineering efficiency.
• Evaluate and introduce technologies that enhance platform capability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Linux, networking, monitoring, and production operations.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or equivalent).
• Experience with databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL and backend service architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience leading complex technical initiatives.
