Job Summary

Manage programs and projects from initiation to customer fulfilment by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer requirements and project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand and fulfill their needs and expectations
• Support day-to-day operations and shipments to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments, On Time Delivery targets, and inventory goals
• Coordinate with functional teams to resolve challenges and ensure timely project completion
• Review customer demand forecasts and conduct risk assessments to manage and resolve material supply constraints
• Monitor program and project activities to ensure on-schedule and within-budget completion with effective communication
• Compile and analyze data to generate management reports providing insights and recommendations on program progress
• Manage backlog by prioritizing customer needs and identifying new business opportunities
• Allocate resources efficiently to support seamless operations and successful program execution
• Undertake additional program or project management tasks as assigned by supervisors

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management and Planning, preferably in Semiconductor-related industries
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in project environments
• Ability to perform effectively in multitasking and high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in basic reporting tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Macros
• Knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
