ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FINANCE DEPARTMENT)

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entries in the accounting system with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage daily operational tasks, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial schedules, as well as reconciling accounts.
• Support quarterly GST filing, corporate tax submissions, and other statutory compliance matters.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and accounting software.
• Meticulous, with a positive attitude and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime when required and immediate availability or a short notice period preferred.
