Product Manager (AI & EdTech)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors, partners, and senior stakeholders to drive AI-driven EdTech innovation.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by optimizing AI-powered learning solutions and exceeding service-level agreements (SLA).
• Conduct market research and analyze trends in AI-driven online education to guide product strategy and innovation.
• Forecast sales and business performance, leveraging AI-driven insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead AI-powered product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing intelligent learning solutions.
• Provide training and support for the company's AI-driven learning platform across industries, including education institutions, corporate training, and government organizations.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating AI technology concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing AI and automation features to enhance learning experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine AI models, ensuring optimal performance in adaptive learning and personalized education.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as required to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, AI solutions, or EdTech-related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in education, such as adaptive learning, NLP-powered chatbots, and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to engage with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly product features.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business forecasting and market analysis.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about AI in education.
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), AI-powered tutoring, or educational data analytics is a plus.
