Our services include Xiaohongshu, TikTok and Facebook marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, social media account management and other digital marketing solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to develop new merchant accounts across Singapore.

This is a field-based sales position involving daily merchant visits and direct customer outreach. It is not an office-based or work-from-home sales role.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Conduct daily field sales and visit merchants in assigned areas.

* Identify and approach businesses that require online promotion and access to Mandarin-speaking customers.

* Understand each merchant’s business and marketing requirements.

* Introduce and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities into sales.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants.

* Identify opportunities to introduce additional marketing products and services.

* Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records.

* Submit daily merchant visit and sales activity reports.

* Achieve individual sales and business development targets.

* Coordinate with the internal operations team for client and project handovers.

The role will primarily focus on merchants from the following industries:

* F&B and restaurants

* Hotels

* Interior design and renovation

* Furniture

* Education and training

* Travel agencies

* Used-car dealerships

* Foot reflexology and wellness businesses

* Hair salons

Requirements

* Willing to conduct daily field sales and visit merchants across Singapore.

* Confident in approaching and communicating with new customers.

* Strong communication, negotiation, sales and customer follow-up skills.

* Self-motivated, disciplined, responsible and results-driven.

* Able to maintain accurate customer records and submit daily work reports.

* Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, business development or merchant acquisition is preferred.

* Experience in advertising, media or digital marketing is an advantage.

* Familiarity with Xiaohongshu, TikTok or Facebook is an advantage.

* Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking merchants and support Chinese-language marketing projects.

* Able to communicate in English for general business and internal communication.

* Candidates without relevant experience may apply if they have a positive attitude, strong sales mindset and willingness to learn.

* Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.

Compensation and Benefits

* Basic salary of S$2,000–S$4,000 per month, based on relevant experience and capabilities.

* Total annual compensation of S$50,000–S$100,000, inclusive of commissions and performance incentives and subject to individual sales performance.
