Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the project team and management
• Prepare and manage project documents, correspondence, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate project records, filing systems, and documentation
• Track project information and follow up with subcontractors on required documents
• Assist with cashflow, progress claims, insurance, schedules, and other project documentation
• Support project meetings, procurement, and general office administration
• Set up, maintain, and archive project files according to company and client requirements
• Assist with process improvements and other ad-hoc administrative duties
• Travel between Upper Changi and Outram (SGH) as required
