Project and Sales Support Engineer (Woodlands)

Job Summary

You will manage customer enquiries and quotations, support site project activities, and troubleshoot onsite issues related to cooling water equipment, collaborating with customers and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries and requests for quotations (RFQs) to support sales and service processes
• Acquire and apply knowledge of cooling water-related equipment and its proper operation to enhance service quality
• Participate actively in meetings such as clarification, kick-off, and troubleshooting sessions with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and align project goals
• Supervise contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with site project requirements and timelines
• Deliver efficient onsite troubleshooting and issue resolution to maintain uninterrupted service operations
• Utilize AutoCAD 2D software to design and update project drawings, supporting project planning and execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Valid Singapore Driving License Class 3 to enable site visits and project supervision
• Proficient computer literacy to perform design and documentation tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Air-Conditioning and refrigeration systems to support specialized project needs
