Responsibilities:
- Daily check to ensure posting & receiving were done correctly in Navision
- Monitor Drum and bulk buffer stock
- Daily cycle count check on findings of every product
- Provide dipping report daily (with findings).
- Seek approval for adjusting stock discrepancies.
- Raise disposal form
- Monitor toxic industrial waste
- Monitor and control line flushing, Quarantine & slow-moving products
- Collaborate and coordinate with key personnel within the department to ensure they work effectively and efficiently
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of relevant or administrative experience. Those without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in ERP software systems (SAP / Oracle / Navision) will be an advantage.
