Test Engineering Technician (12 hours, 4 days) | Basic up to $4000 + Allowances

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform setup, testing, and troubleshooting of server systems and rack-mounted products.
• Execute testing procedures according to work instructions and accurately record test results.
• Support BIOS testing, burn-in testing, pressure testing, and other technical validation activities.
• Assist with packing, labeling, shipping, and other production-related tasks.
• Follow testing procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines to ensure product reliability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, testing, production, or a related technical environment.
• Technical school, vocational school, high school diploma, or higher qualification.
• Basic computer literacy and technical knowledge.
• Experience with server hardware, electronics, PC assembly, or hardware testing is an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating day or night shifts (4 workdays per week).
