Who We Need

The Ambassador is responsible for taking orders of meal order for our patients and table serving to doctors at doctor lounge during breakfast

Your key responsibilities are:

• Take patient meal orders and submit them accurately through the meal ordering system.

• Advise patients on menu options and available food and beverages, taking into account any dietary restrictions.

• Coordinate with nursing staff on special diets and note any patient requests.

• Prepare beverages and serve as barista at the doctor lounge, including table service for breakfast.

• Support patient meal assembly and service during lunch and dinner.

• Manage food packaging stock counts and receive food and beverage deliveries for the main kitchen.

• Serve lunch at the staff canteen and maintain cleanliness of canteen tables and surrounding areas.

How to Succeed:

• Able to communicate effectively across diverse groups and generations.

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

• To perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays.

• Have a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.

• This role is required to handle and prepare non-halal ingredients.
