Manufacturing Supervisor (West) - Up to 6k

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
• Following standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
• Plan process workflows and analyse production data and trends to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• To train and mentor employees to align their actions and decisions with the organization’s core values.

Requirements:

• Dip / Deg in Precision / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Have experience to promote 5S or LEAN manufacturing knowledge in production area.
• Understand Engineering drawings.
• Good problem solving skills.
