We are looking for a high-potential and commercially minded Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Manager to support corporate growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking to transition from advisory, transaction services, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking into an in-house corporate development environment.

You will gain exposure to strategic evaluations, investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition activities across telecommunications, digital infrastructure, technology, and adjacent sectors. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will support the assessment and execution of strategic growth opportunities while building hands-on experience across the full M&A lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential acquisition or merger opportunities within the IT, tech, and digital infrastructure space.
  • Evaluate strategic fit, market positioning, and growth potential for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop complex financial and risk analysis models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and leveraged buyout (LBO) frameworks to evaluate target companies.
  • Develop and execute M&A strategies, including deal structuring, negotiations terms and conditions, and transaction execution.
  • Coordinating with legal, finance, and other internal teams to complete due diligence process and uncover potential transaction hurdles.
  • Managing the post-merger integration process to ensure smooth post-merger transition and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring the performance of acquired companies and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Communicating and reporting on merger and acquisition activities to senior management and collaborating with external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.


Requirements

  • 5-8 years of corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting experience.
  • Background in Big 4 Transaction Services or Corporate Development is highly desired.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Finance, Business or related field. Professional certifications like a CFA and CPA are strong advantages.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing mergers and acquisitions.
  • Practical understanding of business drivers, technology infrastructure, and digital services is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Good understanding of valuation methodologies and transaction processes.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn in a growth-oriented environment.
