Salary: Up to $4000
Location: Macpherson
Working Hours: Office Hours (5.25 Days)

Key Duties:

• Provide technical repair support and troubleshooting guidance to the dealership network.
• Perform on-site vehicle diagnosis and repairs while working closely with workshop teams.
• Handle repair enquiries with manufacturers, coordinate follow-ups, and provide technical coaching to workshop personnel.
• Monitor technical issues, maintain accurate service data, identify recurring faults, and support continuous improvement of aftersales service processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or relevant.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
