Job Summary

Prepare and manage contractual and financial documentation for main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring accurate progress claims, variation orders, and payments while coordinating with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to support project cost control and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress claims for main contracts and subcontracts to ensure timely payment processing
• Manage variation orders for main contracts and subcontracts by coordinating with project teams and providing contractual advice on claims
• Prepare subcontract documents and work orders to facilitate clear contractual agreements
• Evaluate and prepare payments to subcontractors to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Update and report project costings to management to support budget tracking and decision-making
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to resolve costs and contractual matters, ensuring smooth project execution
• Settle final accounts for main contracts and subcontracts to close out projects accurately
• Purchase and order materials and arrange rental of machinery to support project operations
• Coordinate works with site personnel to ensure alignment of project activities and timely completion
