Job Description:

1. Cleaning of Surrounding Premises / Compound.

• Sweep and clear rubbish, dust, dirt, and debris.
• Remove unwanted items as instructed.
• Sweep and clean the internal fencing and surrounding areas.

2. Cleaning of Car Park and Tanker Parking Area.

• Sweep and clear litter at all parking area.
• Clear rubbish / litter at diesel pump area
• Remove unwanted items as instructed by the Management

3. Cleaning of Main Entrance Lobby.

• Sweep and mop the main lobby and staircase area daily.
• Clean and wipe the entrance glass panels.

4. Rubbish / Waste Disposal Management.

• Collect and dispose of rubbish and unwanted items into the rubbish bin.
• Manage and ensure rubbish point area are always clean.

5. Cleaning of Male and Female Toilets.

• Wash and clean wash basins and taps.
• Wash and clean toilet urinals bowls and cubicles.
• Wipe cubicle doors, partitions, walls and toilet mirror.
• Wash and clean toilet wall tiles.
• Remove and clear all cobwebs.
• Clear and dispose of rubbish.
• Replenish toilet consumables (if provided by the Company).

6. Grass Cutting and Weed Control.

• Cut and trim grass around the premises.
• Remove and dispose dried leaves from the landscaped areas.
• Ensure all rubbish are dispose properly into the rubbish bin provided.

7. Drain Cleaning and Maintenance.

• Clean surrounding drains using a high-pressure water jet.
• Remove leaves, sand, and debris from drains to prevent blockages / chokes.

8. Tanker Washing and Cleaning.

• Assist washing and cleaning of tanker as scheduled by Transport and Workshop department.

9. Roof-top Cleaning.

• Sweep rooftop areas.
• Remove dried leaves and other debris from the roof area.
• Ensure no blockage to the rainwater outlet.

10. Warehouse Cleaning.

• Sweep warehouse floors area where applicable
• Remove and clear rubbish from the work area.

Requirements:

• Always ensure safe and clean working environment.
• Report any defects, leaks, safety hazards, or abnormal findings to the Facilities / Safety Department immediately.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment’s and PPE while on duty.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are properly keep and stored after use.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and company regulations.
• Work At Height certified is preferred
• Any other assignments instructed by the Superior.
