About this job
- Manage sales and purchase orders using ERP systems such as SAP.
- Coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries, returns and invoicing.
- Arrange export shipments and liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Prepare and verify export documents for customs clearance.
- Provide order and shipment updates to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain operational, billing and accounts receivable records.
- Support reporting and supply/demand planning with order, sales and inventory data.
