Immigration Consultant

About the Role

Platinum Immigration Consultancy is expanding our team and looking for full-time Immigration Consultants who are interested in building a long-term career in immigration advisory.

This is a permanent, client-facing role combining consultation, relationship management and business development. You will work with professionals, families and business owners to understand their immigration objectives and provide structured guidance on suitable pathways in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their background, objectives and immigration needs.

• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways and services.

• Advise clients on Singapore Permanent Residence, Citizenship and other immigration-related solutions within the company's service scope.

• Explain application processes, documentation requirements and key considerations clearly and professionally.

• Follow up with prospective clients through phone, WhatsApp, meetings and other communication channels.

• Convert qualified enquiries into clients through professional, needs-based consultation.

• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

• Work closely with the processing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and case progression.

• Maintain accurate consultation, follow-up and client information within the company's CRM system.

• Stay updated on relevant Singapore immigration policies and developments.

• Participate in company training, case discussions, networking and business-development activities.

• Work towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Confident engaging with professionals, families and business owners.

• Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities.

• Self-motivated, disciplined and results-oriented.

• Comfortable working in a client-facing and performance-driven environment.

• Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.

• Additional language capabilities are an advantage.

• Willing to develop strong knowledge of Singapore immigration policies and processes.

• Able to work independently and as part of a growing team.

Prior immigration experience is advantageous but not essential.

Candidates with experience in consultative sales, financial services, recruitment, education consultancy, property, banking, corporate services or other client-facing professional services are encouraged to apply.
