Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Bangladeshi dishes that meet taste and quality standards
• Fry fish, prawn, eggs, and chicken daily to serve over 6000 meals
• Calculate and control food costs to minimize expenses while maintaining quality
• Manage kitchen operations including staff scheduling and task delegation
• Cook and cater meals for approximately 6000 people daily
• Maintain productivity and quality while working long hours in a humid kitchen environment
