Job Summary

You will manage store and delivery operations, ensuring accurate stock control, timely shipments, secure and clean storage, and vehicle upkeep to support smooth product and equipment distribution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly stock takes and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records
• Pack and prepare shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and equipment
• Perform deliveries efficiently while adhering to safety and schedule requirements
• Maintain overall security, cleanliness, and tidiness of the store to provide a safe and organized environment
• Dispatch banking documents promptly when required to support administrative processes
• Perform regular upkeep and maintenance of vehicles to ensure reliable transportation

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence to perform delivery duties safely and legally
• Demonstrate basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, to manage documentation and communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Warehousing experience to enhance store management efficiency
• Ability to speak Mandarin to effectively liaise with clients and counterparts

• Location: East, easily accessible from Downtown line-DT28 Kaki Bukit station
• Work Schedule: 5 days work week
