Temp Recruiter | 3 Months Contract | $12/hr

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

We are looking for a Temporary Recruiter to support our recruitment activities. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys speaking with people, sourcing candidates and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Post job advertisements and manage incoming applications.
• Conduct initial phone screening to assess candidates' suitability and interest.
• Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates on interview outcomes, offers and onboarding matters.
• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment records.
• Assist with general recruitment and administrative duties.
• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• Prior recruitment or HR experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
• Comfortable conducting phone screenings and speaking with candidates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to start within short notice would be an advantage.
