Job Summary

Corrosion Proof Construction (Asia) Pte Ltd seeks a Site Coordinator to assist daily site operations, support site teams, coordinate activities, and ensure effective communication between site personnel and management. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities to support smooth site operations and project progress
• Assist Site Supervisor and Project Team in resolving site-related issues and managing tasks
• Communicate and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate work coordination
• Monitor work progress and site schedules to help maintain project timelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation and records for project tracking
• Report site issues or delays promptly to the relevant supervisor for timely resolution
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support site operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Own transport, which provides an advantage for site mobility
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
