Logistics Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a sharp, detail focused Logistics Executive to run our warehouse operations at Kaki Bukit. You will own inventory accuracy, oversee daily dispatch operations. You will be the person who keeps our supply chain moving efficiently and reliably.

What You will Do

• Manage day to day warehouse operations: goods receiving, storage, retrieval, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our systems and catch discrepancies before they become problems
• Optimize warehouse workflows to reduce handling time and improve throughput
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to meet shipping deadlines
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met across all warehouse activities
• Identify process improvements that actually save time and reduce costs

Who We are Looking For

• Diploma qualification (minimum) in any field
• Hands on experience with inventory management systems (any platform: SAP, NetSuite, custom systems, etc.)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
• Problem solver mentality: you spot inefficiencies and fix them
• Reliable and organized, with attention to accuracy

Good to have

• Experience with warehouse management software (WMS)
• Familiarity with basic logistics principles or process improvement
• Previous warehouse or logistics operation experience
