Job Overview

We are seeking experienced BIM Modellers to support building construction projects through the development, coordination and maintenance of accurate BIM models and technical drawings.

The successful candidates will work closely with the BIM Coordinator, project teams and site personnel to ensure BIM models and drawings are accurate, coordinated and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop and update discipline-specific BIM models according to project requirements.
• Produce shop drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure BIM models are accurate, complete and maintained according to project standards.
• Incorporate design changes, revisions and approved modifications into BIM models.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection exercises.
• Identify and highlight model coordination issues to the BIM Coordinator and relevant project teams.
• Extract quantities, schedules and relevant information from BIM models where required.
• Maintain BIM model data, drawings and related documentation.
• Coordinate closely with the BIM Coordinator, engineers, consultants and site teams.
• Support project teams in resolving BIM and drawing-related issues.
• Ensure drawings and models are updated according to the latest approved information.
• Perform other relevant BIM duties assigned in support of project delivery.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or relevant qualification in BIM, Building, Engineering, Architecture, Revit, AutoCAD, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant BIM Modelling experience in building or construction projects.
• Relevant experience working on Singapore construction projects will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience producing construction/shop drawings from BIM models.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
• Able to interpret construction and technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain model accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work effectively with BIM, project and site teams.
• Able to manage assigned deliverables and meet project deadlines.
