Job Summary
Premium facial salon in Novena seeks an experienced Beauty Therapist to deliver quality facial and massage treatments, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to sales growth in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments to improve clients’ skin health and appearance
- Apply effective massage techniques to enhance client relaxation and treatment outcomes
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming salon environment for clients
- Support sales efforts by recommending suitable beauty products and services to clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in facial treatments or the beauty industry
- Sales experience to assist in promoting salon products and services
- Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $2,500–$3,200
- Attractive Commission & Incentives
- 6 Rest Days Per Month (Rostered)
